How to Find Us

You will require a ticket that is valid for zone 110 (city of Zurich).

From the "Bahnhofquai/HB" stop

Tram no. 14 (towards Seebach), or tram no. 11 (towards Auzelg) as far as the "Beckenhof" stop (2 stops). Journey time: approx. 3 minutes.

From the "Bahnhofstrasse/HB" stop

Tram no. 11 (towards Auzelg) as far as the "Beckenhof" stop (3 stops). Journey time: approx. 6 minutes.

From the "Bahnhofplatz/HB" stop

Tram no. 14 (towards Seebach) as far as the "Beckenhof" stop (3 stops). Journey time: approx. 6 minutes.

Or simply walk!

Head north along the Limmat river. Cross the Park Platzspitz, and turn right onto the pedrestian bridge to cross the river. Continue onto Lux Guyer-Weg. Take the pedestrian overpass and finally turn right onto Nordstrasse. Journey time: approx. 11 minutes, 900 meters (almost flat, but with stairs).

Follow the signs "Bahn/Railway" to the ticket counters and/or ticket machines. You will find instructions in English on the ticket machines, or press the red key at the bottom left for "Zurich City".  

You will require a ticket valid for 3 zones. The ticket is valid for 1 hour for all trains to Zurich as well as for trams and buses in the city.

If you are spending the whole day in Zurich, it is worth buying a day pass (valid for 24 hours). A 24h ticket costs only twice as much as a regular one-​​​way ticket.

By tram

From the "Zurich Airport" tram stop. Tram no. 10 (towards Bahnhofplatz/HB) as far as the "ETH/Universitätsspital" stop. The tram runs every 7 to 15 minutes between 6 am and 11 pm. Journey time: 30 minutes.

By rail

If you wish to travel from the airport to the city centre (Central Station), you are recommended to use the S-​Bahn or mainline services. The trains depart from the "Zurich Airport" station. Journey time: approx. 10 minutes.
